Mohammad Ali
Sr. Manager & Head of Commercial & ProcurementMr. Mohammad Ali joined Pedrollo nk Ltd on 26th June, 1983. Since then he is working with the company . He became the Head of Commercial & Procurement of the company from 2010. He has extensive experience in accounts, commercial, procurement, tax and vat sector. He is very active and passionate. His professionalism in his work gave him honorarium for good performance of the year. He attained his bachelor of commerce in 1983.
Md. Sujauddin Chowdhury
AGM & Head of Internal AuditMd. Sujauddin Chowdhury joined in Pedrollo NK Limited as Assistant General Manager in 2013. Now he is the Head of Internal Audit of the company. He has over 21 years of experiences in providing accounts & finance and audit in a wide range of multinational companies. He showed his professional skill with Youngone Group as Deputy-in-Charge in account & Finance, Head of Accounts & Finance in Korean EPZ Corporation, Specialist in Finance Division in Robi Axiata . He leads staff and stakeholders with high-caliber communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills, engaging them with his strategic vision, thought leadership and analytical prowess, providing clarity of purpose and engendering teamwork.
Mohiuddin Hyder Khan
GM & Head of ITMr. Mohiuddin Hyder Khan is the GM & Head of IT of Pedrollo NK Limited. He has the professional work experience in Software Development, Implementation
Business Domain: Software Industry, Project Management, Training and Retail. His expertise lies in Project Management, Business Analysis, Implementation Expert. He is post graduated from MBA and SCJP ((Sun Certifified Java Programmer).
He was the Technical Project Manager of two landmark project of Bangladesh Govt. named The Custom House Automation Project and Chittagong Port Terminal Management System . He also Implemented SAP in Pedrollo.
Md. Ashrafuzzaman
AGM & Head of ServiceMr. Md Ashrafuzzaman , AGM & Head of Service of Pedrollo NK Limited. He completed his education from Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He has professional experience on Electromechanical work for over 23 years. He is very expert in finding fault of Pump and Electrical work. He successfully developed an Android application for Pedrollo Call Center.
Mohammad Arif Ullah
Senior Manager & Head of HRM & AdministrationMr. Mohammad Arif Ullah, Manager & Head of HR, Admin & Training,Pedrollo nk Limited is a dedicated and enthusiastic HR professional with more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Administration and Training in leading national and multinational companies. He has diversified experience and proven ability to successfully lead heterogeneous teams and deliver results. He is passionate about people, training and organizational development, corporate culture, performance and talent management.
Prior to joining Pedrollo in February 2015, Mr. Arif was associated with Golden Son Limited, Abul Khair Group, Sunman Group, Universal Jeans and Univogue Garments Limited in various capacities including Functional Head.
He did his post graduation on Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM), Income Tax Practitioner (ITP), and Internationally Certified Associate Trainer (CAT). He has successfully attended a lot of training and professional conferences. He is the Founder Secretary and an Associate Member of Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management, Chittagong and Member of-The Chittagong & Dhaka Taxes Bar Association.
Mahbub Dener Khan
Dty. Manager & Head of DistributionMr. Mahbub Dener khan joined Pedrollo nk Limited as a Duty Manager & Head of Distribution. He has professional experience in Audit & Supply Chain, Financial & trading. He received his Masters on Management in 1996 & Accounting in 2003. He has also obtained CA (CC)-Sarwar Salamat & Co & MBA (FAC)-UITS. His expertise lies in SAP MM & SAP SD Module. He attended on various training programs on SAP MM, SAP Audit & ISO (QMS) certification.
Mohammed Afzal Hamid
Chief Operating OfficerMr. Mohammed Afzal Hamid joined PNL Holdings Limited in January 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to join PNL, He has served for more than seventeen years in different banks having extensive exposure on Retail Banking, Branch Banking & Project Management having executive sales knowledge and project management expertise. In his Banking career, he served at different world class multinational banks operating in Bangladesh. In 2000, he joined American Express Bank as Officer in the Product Service Delivery Group and later served at the Retail Banking Department. He joined BRAC Bank Limited in 2003 at the Branch Banking Department where he last served as Assistant Vice President & Branch Manager. In 2007, he joined Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC (CBC) where he lastly served as Deputy Chief Manager & Head of Branch. In 2007, he left CBC and joined HSBC Bangladesh as Cluster Head of Branches supervising five Branches (Main Office, Motijheel, Dhanmondi, Mirpur & Sylhet). At the start of 2018, he left HSBC Bangladesh as Manager Special Projects, Retail Banking & Wealth Management and joined PNL Holdings Limited as COO.
He achieved his BBA degree from North South University and completed his MBA from Dhaka University.
Sharif Uddin Ahmed
Head of SalesMr. Sharif Uddin Ahmed joined Pedrollo NK Limited in the year 2015 as Head of Sales and Marketing. He has nearly 20 years of professional experience in the field of sales management with many renowned industries. He is very expert in sales management, planning in sales strategy, product demonstration to boost up etc. Due to his potentiality he was awarded “Certificate of Merit” for the year 1996 from Singer Bangladesh Limited. He received his bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Dhaka and he is post graduated in Management from the same Institutions in 1991.
Nooruddin Ibne Rafique
Chief Governance OfficerMr. Nooruddin Ibne Rafique joined PNL Holdings Limited in the year 2015 as Chief Governance Officer (CGO). He is a TQM and Technology savvy professional and has more than 16 years of experience. He graduated in Computer Science & Post-Graduated in Business Administration.
He is also Certified Quality Management and Information Security Lead Auditor and Implementer, IT Services Management System Implementer and obtained certification on Lean SIX Sigma Black Belt.During his career with BRAC Bank he received several awards including one from Chairman for his consistent fifth year of consecutive high performance benchmark in Banking Technology domain.At present he is governing back office operation (IT, HR, Audit, and R&D) and quality management team of PNL holdings limited and its concern companies.
Mohammed Kafiluddin
General ManagerMr. Mohammed Kafiluddin is the General Manager of Pedrollo NK Limited joined in 1990. He was responsible for business across the country from Dhaka after joining the company. With his extraordinary foresight this company went from small to large. The brand has made its demand in all the corners of Bangladesh that classified the brand number 1. Besides Pedrollo water pump he also introduced famous products like Ball Valbe, Teflone tap etc. He did his post-graduation at Chittagong University and also post-graduated from BIM (Bangladesh Institute of Management) in Diploma in Industrial Management .
